I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is amazing, nestled in a quieter part of District 1 yet still in the heart of everything. The rooms are beyond comfortable, with an outdoor bath tub and a jacuzzi tub right next to the window, offering a unique experience. The staff provides personalized service that truly makes you feel special. The dining experience with live music was a fantastic touch, though the stale bread was a slight letdown. Overall, a top-notch stay with great value for money.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, near major sites and next to the iconic Bitexco tower. The rooms are beautifully designed with nice touches like an outside shower, a fabulous bed, and modern amenities. The personalized service from the staff makes you feel like a VIP, especially thanks to Robert, the exceptionally helpful manager. However, the dining experience could be inconsistent occasionally, with some stale breads noted on one occasion.
